Because of variable discharge and small compact size, these pumps have wide application in lubrication of Machines, other application relates to transfer of fluid, burning oil, hydraulic power packs, rotary filters as well as vehicle engine lubrication. In short, these pumps can be used anywhere, where requirement of flow of liquid as well as pressure is low. These simple pumps do not have fixed suction/delivery ports. The suction/delivery ports on pump direction of rotation If requirement demands pumps having fixed suction and delivery ports irrespective to direction of rotation of pump, reversible pumps are available.
